Weekly Prayer Challenge

Heavenly Father, we give thanks that you have drawn us into families and groups of different kinds, where we can grow.

We pray for all parents who are struggling or exhausted, for those who long to be a parent, for those whose children have died, are ill, or are no longer in touch. Please bring comfort and hope.

Where healthy relationships have brought good values, may they spill out to enhance our communities.

Where abuse or shortcomings have been present, please continue to heal the wounds.

Help us, your children Lord, to hold together in love   

 and unity, supporting one another, knowing we are always loved by you, the best Father of us all
